Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Classic Arcadeseries of games for iPhone (each, "the app" or "a game", collectively "the games"), developed by Mohamed Mostafa Fawzi("we", "us", the "Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using any game in the series, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the games.
1. Games covered by these Terms
These Terms apply to each of the following games and any future title released as part of the Classic Arcade series:
- Pong — First to seven.
- Snake — Don't bite your tail.
- Breakout — Knock out every brick.
- Blocks — Stack, clear, survive.
- Bubbles — Match three, drop the rest.
- Flap — Mind the gap.
- Leap — Cross the river.
- Voidwave — Hold the line.
- Hyperlane — Road to the horizon.
2. License
The games are licensed, not sold, to you. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use each game on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms, the App Store Terms of Service, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement(the "Standard EULA", available at apple.com/legal/…/stdeula). Where these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs to the extent of the conflict.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble a game, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or lease a game.
- Use a game to violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. Purchases
The games do not currently contain in-app purchases or subscriptions. If any future title offers them, all purchases would be processed by Apple, and Apple's terms and refund policies would apply. We do not process or store payment information.
5. "As is" — no warranty
The games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the games, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the game in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to the games and these Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any game or any of its features at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of a game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using the games and delete all copies. You may terminate at any time by deleting the games.
9. Apple
These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the games or their content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the games, and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the games.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except as otherwise required by mandatory local consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
