Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

The short version: The Classic Arcade games have no accounts and keep your scores and settings only on your device. They show no ads, contain no tracking, and run fully offline. Each game is free to try, with a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the full game — handled entirely by Apple.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Classic Arcadeseries of games for iPhone (each, "the app" or "a game", collectively "the games"), developed by Mohamed Mostafa Fawzi("we", "us", the "Developer"). One policy covers every game in the series because they all share the same design: they run entirely on your device.

1. Games covered by this policy

This policy applies to each of the following games and any future title released as part of the Classic Arcade series:

  • PongFirst to seven.
  • SnakeDon't bite your tail.
  • BreakoutKnock out every brick.
  • BlocksStack, clear, survive.
  • BubblesMatch three, drop the rest.
  • FlapMind the gap.
  • LeapCross the river.
  • VoidwaveHold the line.
  • HyperlaneRoad to the horizon.

2. Who we are

The Classic Arcade games are developed by Mohamed Mostafa Fawzi.

3. Data we collect

We ourselves do not collect or receive any personal data. The games have no user accounts, no analytics, and we operate no servers that receive your information. Your gameplay data stays on your device.

The games contain no advertising SDKs, and no analytics or tracking SDKs of any kind. Nothing on your device is collected, profiled, or sent to us or anyone else.

The only information a game itself stores is your own gameplay state — entirely on your iPhone — such as:

  • High scores and level progress — stored locally only.
  • Game settings and preferences (difficulty, colour mode, sound and haptics toggles) — stored locally only.

None of this is ever sent off your device.

4. Network use

The games are designed to be fully playable offline — all gameplay runs on your device and we operate no back-end of our own. The games make no network requests to us or to any advertising or analytics service. The only time the network is used is when you make or restore the Unlock Full Game purchase, which is handled by Apple through the App Store.

5. No permissions required

The games do not request access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or any other sensitive data or device capability. They simply draw to the screen, play sound, and produce haptic feedback.

6. No advertising or tracking

The games contain no advertising. There are no ad SDKs, no connections to any ad network, and no ads of any kind — before or after purchase. The games also do not track you across other apps or websites; there is no App Tracking Transparency prompt because there is nothing to track.

We do not build a profile of you, we do not sell your data, and no third party receives data from the games.

7. Purchases

Each game offers a single optional in-app purchase — Unlock Full Game — a one-time purchase that unlocks the complete game. There are no subscriptions and no ads. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple; we never receive or store your payment details, and you can restore your purchase on your devices through Apple. Apple's handling of purchases is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

8. Data storage and retention

All game data is stored privately on your iPhone, inside the app. You can remove it at any time by deleting the app. Because nothing is stored on our side, deleting a game removes its data completely.

9. Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your information to anyone, because we do not collect it. There are no third-party data recipients.

10. Children's privacy

The games are suitable for all ages and do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected, there is nothing to gather from a child or any other user.

11. Your rights

Because all data stays on your device and under your control, you can change or delete it directly within each game or by removing the app. If you have questions about your privacy, contact us at the address below.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
